Have used espares a few times and always been very happy with the service and the products. This time, unfortunately, we had to return our order - our fault not espares. The return was made very easily and prompt refund received. Will continue to use espares knowing what an excellent service they provide.

Purchase made and delivered in good time, sadly the component was not the one I thought I needed. My mistake! eSpares customer service were great, I returned said order and received a full refund with no hesitation even before I had returned the item. Excellent and I would whole heartedly recommend eSpares.

I ordered a part for my kettle as this was the only website I could find that sells it. The price was great aswell. After a few weeks I realised I hadn't received the item yet so I reached out on Facebook and the response was really quick. They sent me a new part that same day and they couriered it next day! Great service, really helpful, friendly and quick! Will order again and would definitely recommend.

Terrible service. Still waiting for order nearly 7 weeks later despite them taking payment on 30 July AND advising me twice that order was dispatched! Cancelled today and ordered elsewhere and my part is due to be deliver by new firm tomorrow. You cannot speak to a person and everything has to be done via live chat or email. Very frustrating when you have no working washing machine. Let’s see if my refund is actually forthcoming. Avoid!l

I ordered a replacement glass for my cooker door on Thursday 10th September it arrived on Saturday 12th September, I am very happy with the service of espares.ie and the how quickly they delivered the glass. I will have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family.

Great to have resource to a company that sells genuine spare parts. Eliminates the worry and the expense of buying a brand new product. Return service is made simple. Will definitely deal with this company again.

Item delivered with speed and on returning part of order I was refunded in full within 4 days company comes out top In my book advise anyone to look no further than Espares

My Dyson had no Serial No on it; the battery had no Part No on it....eSpares sent me pics giving me an option of 2 that might suit. One of them was exactly right. AND it was delivered 4 days earlier than the estimate.!! Wonderful to have such good service. TQVM

Ordered an item, then realised upon checking the order again later that I had ordered the wrong part. Emailed a feedback form but that said 48 hour response time, and was trying to resolve this before the incorrect item was dispatched. Got in contact the next day via Twitter, and had an immediate response. They told me it was too late to stop the dispatch of the wrong item, but that they would issue a refund for it anyway and I wouldn't even have to return it. Then just had to a new order for the correct item. Excellent service, especially considering it was my mistake. Special thanks to Hamza for resolving it so quickly.

I recently ordered a replacement glass shelf for my fridge from eSpares. When it arrived it was too large. I phoned them and they suggested I reorder and gave me the code, and that I return the other item to them free of charge. . I would be refunded for the first item when they received it in perfect condition. They were true to their word and very efficient. I now have the correct shelf installed and the money has been refunded to my account. Well done eSpares! That's the kind of service we would love to get every time👏🏻

I ordered a power pack for a Dyson vacuum cleaner. The price was quite reasonable. I had confirmation that the part was in store and it arrived within 24 hours. The staff were most helpful (I'm OLD!) and I would recommend them any time. Thanks e-spares. Peter Phillips

Customer Service is excellent, offering a "good old-fashioned phone call", if there are any problems or other issues which concern the customer and a very good-humoured attitude to go with it. My package was sent first-class. The price of my 10 large microwave bags was under £4.50 including postage. Totally satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent and speedy service when placing our order. Unfortunately we had an electrical fault on one of our electric blankets. Contacted eSpares and within 48 hours we had the replacement delivered. Also a prepaid return label for the faulty goods. Couldn't ask for better service. 10/10 for Rennetta and for eSpares.

Have placed 2 orders with this company and both times the item has failed to come,when complaint made told to wait 10 days to see if it arrives, guess what they don,t arrive

Images of product were brilliant and enabled me to order wit h confidence. Delivery was fast and efficient and i was kept informed from order to delivery . Part was as described and was fitted and tested in half an hour of delivery . Very pleased with everything fom e spares and would order again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family which i already have .
