"It is very sad I have to leave this negative review, but the company left me no choice. \r\n\r\nI purchased a couple of products as Christmas gifts for my family. ESPA had great promotions and since I wanted to buy their products for a while this seemed to be the perfect opportunity. Unfortunately, when the products arrived, one oily scrub spilled all over the packaging and damaged a few more products, making it unsuitable for gifting. \r\n\r\nI contacted their customer service 8 times at this point, tried multiple times to upload the images as a prof to their system, tried multiple different formats and sizes, but their system kept failing to upload. I even asked them to provide an email address I sent the images twice. They confirmed receiving them once, then denied it and claimed they never gotten any. Then kept asking me to follow the same steps and upload the images to the system knowing very well that it FAILS to upload (and I told them it was failing 8 times!). At this point I am deeply disappointed on the customer service they have. This felt like they intentionally giving me a run around instead of finding solution (They could just give me any email and attach images on their end to my account.) I ended up spending on gifts that I had to keep. They offered me NO option to RETURN damaged items!"
