“I ordered this bed from Esprahome as original elsewhere had not arrived. Never heard of company before, I called the contact centre before ordering to confirm stock and next day free delievery and they have been brilliant. Called me back when they said they would, sorted out an unexpected problem and although I didn't recieve shipping information it was delivered by 10am Monday morning as promised after order being processed Friday. Fantastic service and call centre was UK based and guys answered phone immediately. Thanks To Thom and Adam especially.”

“Unfortunate mistake made with despatch from manufacturer but Esprahome dealt with the issue immediately and arranged for the manufacturer to remedy. Great product and price. Really impressed by Esprahome.”

“I have purchased an expensive marble table for our new home. I was told it would be delivered on 8th Nov... Waited in all day but no table arrived! Now I have found out from the delivery service that it is not in stock. I recently moved to a new house and wanted the table urgently. We have no table yet ( I have no dining table hereto eat from) and have not heard back from Espahome. I chose them as the delivery times were not as long as some other online stores. I feel badly let down, no communication, nothing to say the delivery would not arrive, I would not recommend.”

“My order for a JAY- BED was deliverd within 3 days of ordering, had one of two plastic retainers damaaged, which your resvice desk replaed by retirn of post – what mroe could one ask for? Will use your web site again and tell others. Best regards, Anne Mack”
