“Bed much cheaper than exactly the same elsewhere. Very fast delivery as it was in stock. Self assembly was very easy, best to have two persons and allow one hour. We are very satisfied with quality and appearance. One thing to look out for is height, it might be lower than it looks as mattress fits half way into bed base and not on top of base.”

“Speedy delivery but bed frame has some bubbling in the paint finish on the head head part of frame, did not notice until frame was up and packing destroyed so unable to return item.”

“First I had to wait 5 weeks for delivery when it should have been 2. Table then arrived but is now damaged, I will now need to wait at least another two weeks for another table to be ordered and not sure when they will actually order one as they need to check my damaged table 1st. Apart from that they have been good with communication. But not happy that I will be out of pocket for two months for a table that I won't have.”

“Having been messed around by other company's advising items were in stock when they were not. I called Esprahome and enquired firstly into availability and was met with good customer service. Item ordered hassle free, phone call to check on courier delivery a week later again met with good customer service. Item delivered the next day, courier service brought the items into the house no quibble. Items checked no damage or missing parts and indeed exactly as the description. It stated solid wood and indeed it is no veneer, chipboard or poor workmanship very sturdy and extremely well built. Finished product very nice. Overall a wonderful experience.”

“From the point of ordering everything was very good customer service. Delivery was romps and the bed arrived in very good condition. The experience was one which we would repeat. Pity that other companies don't have the same level of customer care.”
