“Got a email to say item had been dispatched on the monday , rang Esprahome on Tuesday and it hadn't been dispatched , then told it was coming on Wednesday so took day off work and it never arrived , rang Esprahome again to be told it would come Friday morning and that they would ring me Thursday morning , no phone call so I had to ring Esprahome yet again to eventually to told it was out for delivery that afternoon... so had to take afternoon off work to be here to sign for it ...pleased with the product but not the service.”

“I ordered a single fold-up bed. It would be improved with the addition of some way to keep the mattress from sliding, e.g. Velcro ties at each corner to wrap around the frame or small metal sides that are the height of the mattress, which would then be inset. Delivery time was excellent.”
