“Purchased a glass dining table which arrived broken. Contacted Customer services by email and I got an immediate response. Problem was resolved immediately and new table delivered. very pleased with table and would use again as good customer service”

“Lovely chairs, so lovely in fact I went to buy more but they'd gone up in price. After enquiring why they'd gone up there was no reason and I wasn't offered the chance to buy them at the original price as a repeat customer...a little disappointing. I've since found them cheaper elsewhere so shop around”

“Very speedy delivery with bed arriving the day after ordering. The headboard took 2 minutes to fix to bed with good instructions and quality fixings. Fold up bed mechanism appears quality and bed comfy!”

“Rather than the promised 10-14 days it took 23 days with 3 separate days off work due to 2 promised deliveries not arriving (3rd time lucky). No information was available and I had to make lots of calls to find out what was happening. Although they were the cheapest supplier of what I ordered I am unlikely to use them again as they were just hard work and came across as very amateurish with the limited information they either had themselves and gave to me. Product was ok when it did arrive.”

“I ordered a put you up bed and cover. The bed arrived minus the cover. However I contacted the sales department by e-mail and had a response within a very short period of time confirming that the cover had been omitted from the order and it was now on its way. I await delivery of this item at the time of writing this review.”
