Waited 22 days after my order for the part to arrive, was told it will be shipped any day since it was special order and they had to wait for the part to arrive. Then was told the part was never even available from the supplier in the first place and their system didn’t let them see the updates so they had no way of knowing. I should have ordered from somewhere else and that actually had the part in stock, or could have at least been able to tell if something is in stock without waiting almost a month. But the customer service was nice!

1. Right part. 2 ups delivered on Monday after I paid an extra $33 for overnight Sat delivery. 3. I asked for my money back for the extra shipping charges . No response and no money returned as yet. 4. No customer service. Rick

My espresso mug arrived broken. It collects water between the outer glass and the cup. I’m guessing water will get trapped and become moldy since there is no way to drain the water the has gotten trapped.

Your return policy is absurd. I know I should have checked prior to buying, but even then it would have been objectionable.

Zero communication. Issues with order (incorrect item shipped w/part missing) reached out THREE TIMES without any response. Sent the shipping confirmation a week after I already received my order. First and last order from you guys and I will go ahead and process a chargeback. Thanks.

One simple part ordered and we were sent the wrong part, potentially costing me a sale of my machine! Called and the correct part being sent but Espresso Parts wouldn't expedite it unless we paid for it. Had to find local vendor who fortunately had the part but had to drive over an hour to get it. My buyer couldn't wait. I am very disappointed and frustrated.

Ordered the Rancilio Rocky Front Panel Support (doserless) and it arrived with all screw holes untapped. Emailed customer support and received no reply, but did get an automated email asking how you did. Very poorly is the answer. Had to buy a metric tap set to thread the holes myself and for the money spent on the Front Support that is wholly unacceptable.

Needing a spare part, after a google search, Espresso Parts was the cheapest. Second time around, after experienceing a customer service rep who 'had to be right' and experienced being patronized, I decided to cancel the order and purchase it elsewhere.
