“Item is not 6” as described. It tapers from bigger on top to smaller on the bottom. If you have a 6” hole, this will not fit all the way down in the hole.”

“Hi, I ordered the Le Nez Du Vin, and it appears that there was a leak of the fragrances in shipping because the box (and contents) has the odor of several fragrances which makes sensory training difficult. “Site was unclear on product. Arrived with incorrect tamp. When inquiry made to replace tamp, reply given that it would take a month to replace the item. Quick online search revealed a replacement part was easily obtainable and set to be delivered in days from another site that actually reached out and confirmed the correct replacement part was indeed what was intended to be ordered. Espresso extremely ooor website layout and frankly even worse customer service. Will not be ordering from them again.”
