Item is not 6” as described. It tapers from bigger on top to smaller on the bottom. If you have a 6” hole, this will not fit all the way down in the hole.

Hi, I ordered the Le Nez Du Vin, and it appears that there was a leak of the fragrances in shipping because the box (and contents) has the odor of several fragrances which makes sensory training difficult. Also a few of the fragrances are incredibly muted. Would it be possible to tell me when this set was manufactured? The serial number is 0014427. Kindly, Alfred

Part quality is poor. I purchased a replacement cap for my espresso machine and it leaks. And that’s after paying the incredible price of $50 for a simple plastic cap.

The filter basket I received doesn't fit; a sent an email to resolve the situation to the email address indicated in the delivery message and I'm not getting a response.

Ordered an Item that said In Stock, was then sent an email saying it was backordered and waited almost 2 months for a pitcher rinser.

Site was unclear on product. Arrived with incorrect tamp. When inquiry made to replace tamp, reply given that it would take a month to replace the item. Quick online search revealed a replacement part was easily obtainable and set to be delivered in days from another site that actually reached out and confirmed the correct replacement part was indeed what was intended to be ordered. Espresso extremely ooor website layout and frankly even worse customer service. Will not be ordering from them again.
