“As a home roasted and self proclaimed coffee snob, I’ve been pulling shots and roasting coffee for more than 20 year! Espresso Part has been there for me the entire time. They have always helped me diagnose issues and had prompt service and friendly help. I wouldn’t be where I am with coffee without them.”

“Waited 22 days after my order for the part to arrive, was told it will be shipped any day since it was special order and they had to wait for the part to arrive. Then was told the part was never even available from the supplier in the first place and their system didn’t let them see the updates so they had no way of knowing. I should have ordered from somewhere else and that actually had the part in stock, or could have at least been able to tell if something is in stock without waiting almost a month. But the customer service was nice!”

“You were great. However, I had a small problem with the latest shipment. The customs duty were paid for half of the shipment and not for all items. I refused the shipment first as I have to pay an extra amount of $70. UPS called me two days after that they contacted the duties to reduce the fees to $25 instead of $70. To make the long story short I paid the $25 knowing that this amount should be covered within the total shipment fees.”
