“My purchase of an espresso machine was accomplished online and with additional telephone contact for information and clarification. I found the representative knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. The tdransaction was completed without difficulty and the machine was delivered on time. Accessories were ordered with backorder circumstances explained. So far, I am quite happy with the purchase and the service provided.”
