Had a 10mm finger-guard shipped for $12 UPS. Could have shipped USPS in small envelope for $5. Got my order & Thanks

I am still waiting for the shipment of the 2nd Loveramics Tulip Style Cappuccino Cup & Saucer I ordered on October 24, 2024. Johnny on the spot when selling but warantee work and return calls are excused as "we are short staffed". Were moving on, you're only as good as your worst performer on the team.

The portafilter cleaner is horrible. It barely does the jog, is overpriced, finicky, and is a piece of junk. I will attempt to return it. Normally, Everything I buy from Espresso Parts is terrific. This is the exception. Thank you, Paul Goldstone

Unfortunately, The wrong size cups were received. The desired size was 6-oz but 8-oz was received. I’ve tried to check my order but cannot get into my account to see what happened. I’ve tried resetting my password but cannot get that to work either. I know the email is correct because I’ve received many emails since my order.

The day after I purchased a part from Espresso Parts with my visa card (a card I use only for online purchases), multiple fraudulent charges were made on the card starting on July 30th. The only other purchase was made on July 22nd. It might not have been you but..... I hope it wasn't. Otherwise happy with the purchase. I'm going to contact the online merchant from the previous purchase as well.

I received the wrong part. I had ordered 3 sight glasses (F436) and received some metal springs (F346) instead.

The part wasn't in good condition and didn't work for our siphon coffee maker. I reached out to the company and never heard a response.
