The part that came through the mail slot in my front door is exactly what I needed. For that I thank you. But you guys are maybe a hundred miles from me and the shipping options were stupidly expensive. And wasteful. The envelope went to San Francisco, then Los Angeles, then backtracked to Vancouver before coming over to Victoria. Which more than tripled the cost. I think you should offer standard mail which would be far greener.

Just another online retailer. Decent website & shopping experience. Nothing special. Order got here more-or-less on time. But shipping was more expensive than I expected - so will try to avoid shopping here again.

Parts were fine. Thanks. Would have been much better if you would have included a small tube/container of the appropriate lube for the rubber and metal parts. Your competitors have done this and it makes the process so much easier.

Wood looks ok. But, it needs one or two more coat of polyurethane. Very spotty.

Part was order with expedited shipping on Wednesday November 21st. Part was not shipped until Monday November 26th. Why pay for expedited shipping AND ensure you’ve met the shipment cutoff time if parts are going to sit for four days over a holiday and weekend?

the actual parts have been fine, but the shipping is a very slow thing. it is seeming to be about a month from ordering parts to receiving them. likely most of the slow shipping is USPS' fault. I would opt for some kind of express shipping if it was available. as yet, my parts order is out there, touring the US.

Free shipping is slow. Ordered Sep 30th. Received by USPS Oct 3rd. Initial delivery estimate Oct 7th. Now scheduled to arrive Oct 10th. I ordered an espresso machine from another supplier on Sep 30th and it arrived Oct 5th (also via free shipping). Several other smaller items, from various suppliers, have all arrived. This is the last item I’m waiting on - painfully slow by comparison.

The Rancilio group head shower screen-new version, seems to be an improvement over the IMS screen I was using. However, the jet dispersion nut that both the website and the person I talked to with said is necessary to use that screen on a Silvia is too tall, and the provided screw is too long. The nut I was using with the old screen is the correct height, but I am not sure if it is an original dispersion nut or not. So it wasn't necessary to buy the new nut and screw. Information needs to be changed, at lest for older Silvia models

The customer team were responsive but it's hard to overcome an experience where when you initially place an order the website states "Ships by September 1st" and you don't receive the item until September 29th.
