“After the order hadn't been shipped for a couple of weeks, I checked in with Espresso Parts who informed me, "We apologize for the delay! This has not shipped out yet. We are catching up after being closed for annual inventory last week." Fair enough. But if you are going to take three weeks to deliver a simple order that is in stock, you need to communicate this to your customers. Their response was cursory, at best. I don't know why they have this attitude. Is it poor management; an overwhelmed workforce; a dominant position in the market so they don't feel the need to deliver customer service; or do they just not care about the service they provide? I am sure I will never know...”

“I needed filters for my pour-over coffee system. Espresso Parts has a straightforward, informative website and an item that I found difficult to gain from other sites. I received my order in a timely delivery; well packaged. I am very pleased with their service. Hurrah! A provider for us coffee drinkers. Dragonfly”

“Amazing customer service, there was a slight issue with the timing of my shipment and the agent I talked to was so lovely and helpful and got my order to me quickly. I’ve been dealing with horrible customer service lately so this was a refreshing change and hi-lighted what a great job your co is doing. I will definitely be recommending this site to friends”

“the actual parts have been fine, but the shipping is a very slow thing. it is seeming to be about a month from ordering parts to receiving them. likely most of the slow shipping is USPS' fault. I would opt for some kind of express shipping if it was available. as yet, my parts order is out there, touring the US.”
