“I had received the wrong Yama cold brew lid. I own an 8 cup tower and I was sent a 32 cup tower lid. I have sent two emails informing of the mistake and to send a new lid with a return label so can send the wrong lid back. Unfortunately I have not received any response. I have attached a picture of the lid that was broken.”
