I’ll admit, the bra I tried on for beautifully. The one I got is so tight around I can barely fasten it even on the loosest setting. Very disappointing. :(

These bras are not near the quality that they used to be. I am a long time coustomer, but might not be in the future.

I wanted to order bra without underwire. I might have read the description wrong because the bra's ordered are underwire and don't look like the photo on website. I tried to call the number provided (248) 242-5010 but was unable to speak with a representative. The prompts said to either use "chat" but didn't give instructions on where/how or send an email. Very poor customer assistance/

I have loved Essential Bodywear over the last several years as they were finally bras that were comfortable and flattering for a very large chest. I've always struggled to find bras to fit and hold in the right place my large chest until I found Essential Bodywear. Now that all sounds great and you may be wondering why I only gave 2 stars but here is where I feel they have lost stars from me. As I've said, it's always been hard to find bras that fit and are comfortable and now it seems as though I'm back in that same boat again. My size has not changed but the sizes they offer have. I can no longer get the size I need as apparently only smaller chested women are in need of bras that fit which is ridiculous as smaller chested women have endless options. I could never go into a retail store and find a bra in my size (38H) and now apparently I can't get them online either, at least not ones that actually hold up my large chest. Earlier this year I got guttate psoriasis and it covered my body, unfortunatly the worst part is right under my breasts. Its terribly uncomfortable and itchy and a bra with a wire is now completely out of the question. I was in love with the Essential Bodywear Poppy Luxe before I got guttate psoriasis and now even more than ever I need to wear a bra like the Poppy Luxe as it has been the least agrivating bra with the psoriasis under my breats. I have two and they are wearing out so I went to order more and now I can no longer get them because they don't make that size anymore. I realize the bulk of sales go to more "normal" sizes I'm sure but what does that leave us larger chested women to do? Now I'm off to find a new company and hope I can find something as great of quality and something that actually is flattering and holds the weight of my large breasts. So dissapointing. I don't generally do reviews but since this is an item that I need to wear every single day and have struggled to find, it has left me needing to leave a review in the hopes that Essential Bodewear will not only just sell to the average sizes but also to those of us who can't find good options elsewear.

You lack of products and my Sale Rep had issues with your website. You make it very hard for her to sell your product. She did an outstanding job for all the issues she had to contend with.

I bought 3 at a conference special but they were out of stock. Would not honor the conference purchase when they became available. I really like the bras but the salesperson has no integrity. I won’t do that again.

Website is very hard to understand. If it hasn’t been for my consultant Kimberly Spencer I would never have ordered. I was ready to step away and she stepped in and helped me. The personal consultant is the key.
