“Car insurance isn't about brand loyalty: it's about good service and effective cover at the best possible price. When I took out my policy with esure, the company fulfilled my requirements: I don't need razzmatazz, I just want to be able to get on with my life, knowing that my legal requirements are covered.”

“this company will attempt to fleece you at renewal. I have just had a renewal with a 52% increase on a home buildings insurance. I have maximum no claims as I have not made a claim in 20 years with any insurance company. Got a better quote and improved policy at a cheaper price that I was quoted for last year. Win Win when you look around.”

“Have had no problems with this company so far since switching from my previous company the yearly premium was reasonable and I hope I'm not disappointed if I ever need to make a claim , or have no problems leaving the company at the end of the agreement if I choose to do so”

“Fortunately I have not found it necessary to make a claim therefore I cannot really comment on e-sure's performance. Until I need to make a claim an insurer is just another motoring expense.”

“Simple and easy to set up a policy. All questions were dealt with fast and friendly staff made everything from start to finish a swift ride. My experience was absolutely stress free. I am very happy with esure. The staff made everything seem easy and helped set up policy without any problems at all. Very happy customer!”

“Hi well they are good at telling you when your insurance is up for renewal but they seam to keep putting there prices up I have over 25 years none claims but my insurance still goes up I’m not surprised people try and get away with insuring there cars but that should not be added to people who insure there vehicles it’s fair that we should pay over the top on insurance I thought that the more none claims you have the cheaper the insurance but I guess this is not the case I will be looking for another insurer when mine is next due as it is unfair on people who pay there way it seam like if you do things right you get higher bills and something should be done about this”

“an unusual experience I got the car insurance and was more than pleased with the price and product, But having to prove my own noclaims was a wee bit concerning, I could say a pack of things But ultimatly the company must use fraud safty protocols to check my no claims? which they did and agreed with the no claims details I quoted?”

“I have had to make a couple of amendments to this policy. It was quick and easy. Despite the admin fee the two were both very competitively priced .I was especially pleased with the cost for my 22 year old daughter to drive my car .The online documents are also very clear and easy..Exceptional service , well done.”
