Worst company ever had dealings with.charged premium rate to call customer services passed from one dept to next still without resolving issue. This company's behaviour when things go wrong is disgrace.I implore anyone reading this not to take out products with this company. I have more faith in Arthur daily's clam Insurance policy !

My car was damaged by a driver covered by esure, in good faith I agreed to Esure to repairing the car, they did not repair it as the electronic tailgate fails to work. They are now saying that was pre-existing (basically calling me a liar) even though I have diagnostics from an official Audi dealer. If someone drives into you insured by Esure, PLEASE use your own insurance provider for the repair, otherwise it may cause you considerable distress.

Customer service is absolutely discusting, cancelled my policy for absolutely no reason at all, do not speak to nafeesa because she is the most unhelpful person and just sticks to the guide lines of let f***k everybody over, AVOID AVOID AVOID ESURE, dont even consider them !!!!

Terrible company if you've had an accident (check their bad reviews on Trustpilot) I would not recommend Esure in any way. Their processes are shocking. Obviously it's not every day you're involved in a car accident so it would be helpful if the company kept you up to date with what's happening. In the 4 weeks since someone went through a red light and smashed into my car, I have been contacted by Esure once. When I've phoned them for an update, they just tell me they're waiting to hear from the other insurance company. I asked today if they could chase them up and I was told it could take up to 6 months to resolve. Obviously the words proactive and customer service don't mean much to Esure!

Long story short they cancelled my insurance the same day because the logbook wasn’t in my name .... I was honest enough too tell them I was awaiting the logbook which I received the next day an absolute joke of a company . I have rung them 4 times too get my refund too be told we’ve done it you’ll receive in 5-7 working days are you joking I need too insure my car elsewhere but have too wait for the money too hit my account too say I’m angry wouldn’t even cut it . Worst insurance company ever quick too take but not so quick too give back . All of this because I didn’t have the paper logbook !!!!! . It wasn’t in my name according to them there a low risk company. I was insuring a polo for god sake not a Porsche !!!!!

I was originally VERY happy with esure until a scammer tried to claim on my insurance... I told them that it wasn’t true and I was happy to allow a car specialist analyser to come out and inspect my car as there was no damage to my car at all (because the accident didn’t occur and I had video footage to prove it). Although esure still decided to pay the claimer against my will without sending me any correspondence about it. The only time I found out was when my renewal was due and they’d put it up over £3000 and I’d lost all my no claims bonus!! When I rung to find out ‘why’, I was told that.... “well it wasn’t a lot to pay out so it was just easier to pay them off instead of taking them to court!! This affected my insurance drastically but esure didn’t give a monkeys.... so after years of being a loyal customer with them I left, and have never looked back. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Our radiators stop working two days ago, contacted Esure after checking our Home Insurance policy. An engineer supposed to come next day between 9 to 11 in morning. No one came, no call received from customer services. Contact Esure again, they said that the engineer will com next day, now between 9am to 5pm. Call again in the morning to make sure that the engineer is coming, we've been given the same answer that the engineer will come today between 9am to 5pm and he'll contact on mobile half an hour before he's supposed to come. It is now 2pm, we understand that we should wait until 5pm but to make sure that someone is coming to fix the radiator my husband contacted again to Esure, the CS Assistant said that she hasn't got the job sheet and therefore she can't advice us any further. We've wasted two days of our annual leave and the problem is not been solved. We will not be using Esure again.

No good insurance company becouse, no multicare policy and keep to sand policy insurance papire to still stay insured!

Wish there was a Zero star rating you could give. Staff have been incompetent, rude and unhelpful throughout my dealings. I’ve had to do 99% of my own investigation work. ESure staff have a top down attitude of rudeness and unhelpfulness. I was hit by a bus whilst I was parked. Dispite having an independent witness ESure dragged their heels at every opportunity to pursue the third party bus company. One is left feeling ESure actually work against you and not in fact for you. There level of staff rudeness is something I’ve never experienced from any other company. I have a great recording of a conversation with customer services showing the utter belligerence from ESure custom service team if anyone wishes a copy? Bottom line is, they will happily take your money. But should you have a no fault accident do NOT expect them to help you with your claim and recover from the other party. Stay well clear!

The worst insurance! They underwrite Sheila’s wheels which I didn’t realise so I had really bad service when claiming on my car insurance early 2018 and then to my misfortune I realised our home insurance was also with Esure so of course straight forward accidental damage of an item became an absolute battle with them. Please be warned don’t use Esure for anything, pay a little bit more each month for a reputable company to trust your insurance to. The small print on Esures policy documents means you will not receive the compensation that you thought you would. Thoroughly misleading, poor show Esure.

I am insured with Esure and had a minor accident (bumper damage). From the date I reported the accident I was plagued with calls from scam companies who offered me 'compensation' for the accident. The companies calling knew I was with Esure, knew I had an accident and knew my phone number. Esure denied all responsibility as they said the calls hadn't come from them. The calls have carried on for six months, several hundred in total, at work, on holiday etc. This can only have come from Esure which means they have either sold my information or have a leak in their security. They have been completely unresponsive and not replied to emails abut this. I'd advise anyone not to use Esure unless they want their details sold on or leaked to aggressive marketing companies with fraudulent compensation scams..

They don't care about your reputation. Everytime you call it counts as a claim. I have raised no claim, only asked for advice. No filed claim ever existing. No I am being bullied over the phone being told I am at fault for having raised no claims. And they cancel my contract due to excessive amount. It makes no sense.

Awful management and policies. Impossible to get accurate data. The claims I have not made are fraudulent and I have been forced to cancel because of a clean history with the company. Terrible way of dealing with customers.

I was with my boss, with a customer on the phone and one claim over a five year period is deemed an excessive amount. Never received a claim's form from them.

Cancelled my insurance due to excessive amount of claims. Have been with them 10 years, only 1 claim two years ago. Poor customer service. No manager willing to provide any support.

Just good on paper, when they need to take money from you. When it comes to paying out, they are a nightmare to deal with. Our house got burgled on 21/11/18- the burglars have damaged both of our front doors beyond repair. It is now 13.12.18 and Esure still have not provided any settlement to replace our doors leaving us at a high risk of being burgled again.

DO NOT, I REPEAT- DO NOT GO WITH THEM!!! I was Esure customer for 2 years. On 8th July 2018 my car was parked on a road while i was shopping and a drunk driver crushed/stopped in my car. Thankfully I was not in the car when this happened. It's been 5 and a half months since the accident and Esure hasn't closed the case yet because they haven't received money from the drunk driver's insurance! My insurance has to be renewed on 26.11.18- 4 days from today and i have signed up with a new insurance company. The new insurance company will charge me ridiculous amount on top of the original quote they gave me because according to the main insurance database i am at fault! I contacted Esure numerous times asking them to close the case because this is affecting me and i have to pay a lot more than what i am supposed to but they said they cant speed up the process and they will close the claim once they receive their money for the claim. I offered Esure to pay the extra cost to the new insurer but they refused! LET ME MENTION ONE MORE TIME THAT I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO FAULT FOR THE ACCIDENT AND I HAVE BEEN THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 2 FULL YEARS! I will be taking this further- ombudsman and then court. I will not pay for someone else's mistakes and laziness! I have experienced a few nervous breakdowns while talking to them on the phone and i will make sure this is paid for! I will not sacrifice my health anymore for something i have 0 fault for and for organization which clearly don't care about their customers and most of their employees are too lazy to do their job properly. They love telling their customers they wouldn't be able to help! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOMETHING THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT! Horrible and dishonest! I am speechless!
