“Got myself in a real pickle, keeping old car for short period buying new car needing insurance but could not get my head round NCD i was not sure what i was doing. Called esure customer service talked to Mathew who understood my rambalings and needs and sorted it in minutes and at an agreeable price. Panic over, sorted. Thank you Mathew @ Esure.”

“For customer service lady Hayley, I give 5 stars. I changed my car and therefore my insurance, she matched my compare the market quote, explained everything, called me back when my phone died so I didn't have to go through everything again, lovely, lovely lady 😊”
