“Was kind helpful and dealt with quickly. Letters and informing each step of the way so far. Had my door measured and I have chosen my knew door. Stil waiting for the go ahead and for insurance to phone me for the excess paid to insurance company. Yours sincerely karen steele.”

“I found them to be very professional and thorough, they offered me all extras to the policy and were not forcing me to take any if I was not interested. my renewal letter arrived today and the premium has only gone up by £25 for the year. all good .”

“WAS A BIT WARY AT FIRST EVEN THOUGH I WAS ADVISED BY A COUBLE OF FRIENDS THAT THEY HAD BOTH WITH ESURE BUT NOTHING COULD HAVE BEEN EASIER FROM START TO FINISH WOULD RECOMEND TO GIVE THEM A GO.”

“We have used the Home Emergency cover on the policy (burst pipe) and the service was quick and efficient. Phones answered quickly and arrangements made for a plumber to come round and fix the problem, with minimal fuss and no mess.”
