“WAS A BIT WARY AT FIRST EVEN THOUGH I WAS ADVISED BY A COUBLE OF FRIENDS THAT THEY HAD BOTH WITH ESURE BUT NOTHING COULD HAVE BEEN EASIER FROM START TO FINISH WOULD RECOMEND TO GIVE THEM A GO.”

“We have used the Home Emergency cover on the policy (burst pipe) and the service was quick and efficient. Phones answered quickly and arrangements made for a plumber to come round and fix the problem, with minimal fuss and no mess.”

“On the whole very good. They sent someone round quickly to look at the leak but I had to push quite hard to get them to authorise going ahead with my own plumber once I had telephoned his estimate to them - after all water was still coming into the basement, so I needed a quick response. Once I had sent them the plumber's invoice, I received a check from esure by return.”

“A guy reversed into my car whilst it was parked obtained the mans details I called Esure to advise what had happened it was so fluid dealing with Esure All was resolved quickly plus temp cars Thank you so much Fantastic company and brilliant staff.”
