“12 weeks after burglary and nothing replaced. Having to deal with multiple suppliers - one per theft area (jewellery, buildings repair, glazier, furnishings, IT lead), via an appointed Claims Assessor; 3 separate handlers and no communication.”

“We decided to move out of our previous insurer when we realised that we could get a MUCH better deal with eSure and the same cover. The swap over was painless and we as they were recommended by a family member, it just made sense. No regrets.”

“I am a new driver so needed cheap insurance, but it came to be a horrible experience when made a claim. Almost a year ago gone and I still am waiting for a deposit of £250. Communication terrible. I had to prompt them to do anything. It took me about 5 months to get money of the claim. Almost 3 weeks for a curtesy car... Just bad.”

“I am very satisfied with Esure. I only hope after the twelve month is over, that there is not a great increase in the price of insurance with them, like the other companies I have had in the past. I prefer to stay with the same company.”
