“Exceptionally poor communication, never stick to their timelines, no consideration for the facts. Their senior management team should be ashamed. I will be taking this organisation to the Ombudsman, an absolute joke!”

“They charged £75 pounds to change the policy to a cheaper car!!! Ombudsman were useless in resolving this so don't bother trying. Not interested in helping just in taking money”
