“Taking out insurance with esure was easy enough they checked proof of no claims and that was it really. Only down side was I don't think I received any documents either in the post or on line which I would prefer to have had.”

“Haven't made a claim. FREE excesd cover isn't FREE - my previous insurance company took fraudulent photo of a house numbered 17 that is NOT my, but 20 miles from same - I reported said insurance company to the Police regarding their illegal fraudulent photo.”

“The only problem with esure as with many other insurance companies is actually speaking with someone. I needed to cancel my policy as I sold the car that was insured but there was no new car therefore I wasn't transferring a policy. The agent was fine once I got through but a frustrating 45 minutes getting there.”

“Great insurer stayed wirh them for the last 4 years since we moved to a new house however, even without NBC, the premium just jumped year on. Searched at comparison and despite initial phone call with Esure who did reduce the premium by £20, the comparison website deal saved me by £80.”
