“Excellent company to deal with. No fuss when I was changing cars and able to give me what I needed. Shame I had to leave as their price on renewal was not competitive. I will definitely go back if I can get a better quote next year.”

“The biggest issue I had with them was when a previous company that I was insured with had provided me duff details where they had put through a claim when there had been no claim, just notification of an incident but they (old company) had put it through as a claim. Got it sorted, but caused me more aggro than it was worth for sure.”

“Notification of the accident was a good process. But after that Esure was slow and has still not notified me of the outcome, 6 months later. Two months after making the claim they wrote to me to say they had "forgotten" to ask me to complete another document, thereby losing time. Summary - public face is good; behind the scenes it is woeful.”

“After over 40 years with a company car prior to retirement I have not really had to get involved with car insurance except with my Classic Cars. I was therefore anticipating being penalised due to lack of history of having my own insurance policies. Esure were extremely helpful and also came up with the most competitive price with everything being sorted out very quickly in advance of my new cars delivery.”
