“Shocking car insurance company took payment from my bank account then cancelled my insurance 2 days later and didn't inform me for 6 days! 6 days of driving with NO insurance then when I phoned to complain they have no complaints department and no manager to speak to will never use esure again customer service is shocking!!”

“I insured with Esure last year as they had given me good rates on my car and my house insurance, but have changed both policies this year as, in. both instances, there was a big jump in the annual premium. Although this is a quite frequent event with insurance providers, it is still annoying when it happens.”

“Lowest quotes, online access, easy to change or cancel policy. Only when comes to renew, some advisors begin to read terms of use. In the meantime price going up £20, five minutes later again £30 more. So is much easier, to finish old and open new policy, than negociate.”

“Have esure home insurance, we got burgled on the 2nd November, called police fingerprinted house next day , called esure to make claim with list of stuff stolen, made it very difficult as did not have receipts for some of the the older items so they won’t payout, esure sent an independent lose adjuster who in his words where “ I can’t believe there not paying out this is a straight forward calm and if I was you I’d complain “ now having more stress having to go to the ombudsman, rude staff”
