“rang them to look at my insurance price as it was more then the company I went with the lady was very unhelpful and in my experience quite rude as I know working in retail myself you have to be as helpful as you can but she just did not want to help me that's way I moved to another insurance company”

“"i have recently changed my car for the first time in nearly 25 years.i had a policy with esure which i needed to cancel.i took another policy out with them.unlike the dvla who give you money back for unused tax insurance companies charge a large fee.\r\nthis i think is a bit harsh.i will therefore be more careful about time of year i change my car.iit could turn out when you cancel a policy thay you have to pay more than you could get back."”

“"A professional company. All documentation very clear via email. Able to access my account easily and make changes if necessary.\r\n\r\nThe only thing I would say is that when I changed my car, they increased the monthly payment, which is fine but I thought the new amount was a little excessive.\r\n\r\nOtherwise very happy with this company."”
