“Cool idea but the workers only want their money and then they are hands off. My contact bombarded me constantly until we got set up. Then he ignored every single one of my emails. All they want is their portion of the money then you are off to fend for yourself.”

“I love the ease of use for the team, however as the person trying to organize the fundraiser, there is a lack of flexibility with some features that impacts our effectiveness. The inability to edit reminder emails as well as subject lines was frsutrating, and the team would've really appreciated being able to write a personalized thank you note. I don't know why that isn't already a feature, as it would make the platform way more personable, and encourage more donations. The page where you 'Review and Edit' is also not clear and inaccurate. The reminder email that was sent was actually just a repeat of the intial welcome email (not the same as what was previewed), and there was no preview of the email that would be sent out when a participant did not meet their goal. I would honestly say that although this platform fulfills a need for sports team's fundraising, there is so much room for a competitior to design a better-performing website. If another platform were to be designed that offered more flexibility for the team, I would jump at it. For now, this works because it is the only one that is offered.”
