“So happy with my purchase with Etrnl Rings. I ordered two rings - one for myself and husband as we are active gym-goers. My ring was a little small and I was able to return it and have the new one arrive at our house in time for Christmas. The customer service was amazing and very happy with the purchase overall.”

“I purchased a ring for my husband for our anniversary online. Unfortunately it was too small. The ring was so well crafted and exactly as described. The ease in which to communicate with the team and organize an exchange was great! The product was perfect and customer service just as equally good. Highly recommend their products”

“Really impressed with the team at Etrnl after I lost my original wedding ring and they went out of their way to get me a replacement ahead of Christmas. The $50 life time replacement fee is an excellent part of their offering and the customer service has been excellent.”

“I’m going neutral on my rating, because while the ordering, receiving, and product itself were great. I’m trying to exchange the item for a different size and now it’s nothing but bad. From what I’m seeing their return/exchange process is that they send you an address in another country and no postage or envelope assistance. So I paid $19 for this ring, received it within 2 weeks, but I have to pay $50 to have it exchanged, and it will take about a month? Great.”
