“Great returns system however wouldn’t let me return my ring after a second incorrect sizing. I wish I could return my ring for a smaller size as buying online is tricky to get right.”

“Well after purchasing a new wedding ring for my husband for Christmas last year and the fact that he dropped it on the tiles and the ring smashed into 3 different pieces, considering that the rings are described as being indestructible . But when I contacted Etrnl they did replace his ring free of charge and quite quickly and the communication was extremely easy and simple to have the ring replace d but I don't think I would be purchasing any other products products in the future”
