The products are great but what I really liked was the returns process. Changing a ring size was so easy when I found my first one was too big. With the prepaid envelope provided and the easy to follow steps made the returns process very easy.

Great quality ring and easy to deal with returns on the wrong sized rings I selected, 1 thing to be wary of is return shipping out of NewZealand is extremely expensive in comparison to getting them here but that isn't anything inside of etrnl's control
