"Highly recommend the Men\u2019s Performance Silicone Ring (Black\/Grey) for those who work with their hands, attend the gym or exercise often. The ring is affordable, safe and replaceable!\r\n\r\nI run approx 30kms per week and train at the gym 5-6 days a week. I stopped wearing my gold ring to the gym to avoid pinching the skin below the ring when lifting or hanging, and when running due to my fingers swelling (it was getting hard to remove\/refit my gold ring). This silicone ring is grippy on my finger, so it doesn't move, it's safe with weight applied, flexible to compensate for swelling and still easy to take off if needed. \r\n\r\nI've had this for approx 1.5 weeks so far, and all is going well! Thoroughly recommend to others who want a better alternative to removing\/refitting their ring daily! :)"
