“I purchased the ring sizing kit for $10 as it was mentioned that cost would be deducted with the purchase of a ring. Unfortunately there was no details on how to do this, no promo code provided. When I went to purchase a ring there was no indication of how to get that cost deducted so I didn't go ahead with a subsequent purchase. Also, the right ring size according to the kit wasn't an option in the ring I wanted, which left me in a position of having to decide if I wanted a ring that was going to be a size too big or too small. Felt like a waste of time and money.”

“Awesome company to deal with, the ring is just gorgeous and gets alot of comments. When I had an issue (my end no fault of Etrnl) Perry at Etrnl was beyond amazing. Totally exceeded my expectations can't reccomend highly enough!!!”

“The ring looks great! I ordered the Damascus and it does indeed have a unique pattern. The customer service was superb. I ended up needing a different size and Etrnl was gracious enough to process the exchange and work with me to remedy the issue. The team holds customer satisfaction in high regard and went the extra mile to make sure this was the case.”

“Ordering process was easy, there was some issues with our made to order mens gold ring though. However, the support team kept us in the loop and responded to the best of their ability. If you’re not sure what size to order I recommend ordering the ring size kit before placing an actual order to prevent any delays. Otherwise once the ring was made the delivery was very fast! The ring is perfect and came exactly as described.”
