“Unfortunately didn't have a great experience. First ring was lost in the mail, second had the personalisation spelt totally wrong. Communication was slow and seemed to come after hours like they weren't based in Melbourne. Had to purchase from an alternate brand as wedding was fast approaching.”

“My experience with ETENL was nothing shouldn’t have outstanding. The customer service was some the best I’ve experienced. I met up with Perry, who was so helpful and engaging and passionate about the business. He really looked after me. I purchased a titanium wedding ring which was beautiful, however it proved to be not too scratch resistance. I was in contact with Chris via email, who was also very helpful, and suggested I exchange it for a tungsten one, as it was more scratch resistance. I came in and Perry was there, and was again so helpful. I exchanged the ring for another beautiful tungsten one, which has proven to be very scratch resistant, and I could be happier. I would highly recommend ETRNL for their products and their service.”

“I needed to exchange for a different size. That was too easy. I ordered the Grey. It’s very faded Grey - not dark like the pics. So loose a star for that. Boring choices, but want to support Aussie.”

“I recently purchased the Gold Tungsten ring for my husband and the Etrnl team's customer service has been top-notch. We went through 3 different ring sizes to get the right fit and each exchange was seamless with the team. While the ring sizer helps, if your finger has a wider knuckle, then it's not great to use as the ring sizer moves as you try to put the ring on/off. We wish there was a size between R 1/2 and S 1/2 - as that would've been the best fit, but that's the trade-off we made for not getting a custom gold ring. In the end,the price point for a Tungsten ring makes it well worth it.”
