“As a family we aren’t very impressed with your service. We bought rings, they didn’t fit, we sent them back, you wouldn’t resend another lot, we had to then buy another set. So, not happy!”

“I purchased the ring sizing kit for $10 as it was mentioned that cost would be deducted with the purchase of a ring. Unfortunately there was no details on how to do this, no promo code provided. When I went to purchase a ring there was no indication of how to get that cost deducted so I didn't go ahead with a subsequent purchase. Also, the right ring size according to the kit wasn't an option in the ring I wanted, which left me in a position of having to decide if I wanted a ring that was going to be a size too big or too small. Felt like a waste of time and money.”

“I bought my fiance a tungsten ring in February, engraved with some special dates. It came quickly and he loved it, though unfortunately it broke. The team was amazing in replacing the ring with a titanium one and was a pleasure to deal with. We love the new ring and appreciate the great customer service by the team!”

“Great concept BUT wished I had checked stock before ordering the ring size set. No styles of the mens rings have certain sizes in stock. It is frustrating that the same size is not available across a number of styles and colours. Please update your website when you expect to receive more stock of your popular sizes.”

“So did the sizing and from what I see I am closer to the 55.7mm - so now what? That option is not available in the drop down box as 7+ 1/2 or O+1/2. I have a tiny ring finger so maybe now I need to look elsewhere. Unless someone can explain to me what to do.”
