“Very responsive but the screen seems to be clusted and you will need a lot of practice to find your way around {i am refering to the Trade Pro) however has more features than MT4”

“besides my first review, they risk manager is also efficient an example is when the swiss depew CHF from the Euro, many brokers were bankrupt as a result of poor risk management and were out of business or have to seek bailout, not ETX, an these are key things as a customer, you look for in a broker. I just love them, efficient in all aspect, 120% to me all the time,.”

“I had a problem with the MT4 platform not permitting me to close a trade. It was sorted without drama on the telephone, but even that took a while. Luckily the price moved in my favour during that time!”

“Your support is not encouraging. No market analysis emails. Other companies (eg. Ironfx, colmex, xm) that I opened account with but never funded sends me market updates on email. There are loads of free training /webinars (not repetitive) from these companies but I haven't received any from etx. Generally, your website is user friendly but the mobile app is not very friendly.
