on the etx app,a ticket with the chart would be extremely helpful also to have the ability to have more than one ticket open at a time.

The charts are very good and I can use all the indicators with ease; I can trade in many ways, through the platform, through the charts and through the open order section. I can amend orders easily. Get an email with time, date stamped immediately. The teaching is excellent. Overall, thoroughly satisfied. MC.

A good trading platform for pc/mac that works equally well on ipad. Be aware of synchronisation problems when using ipad with 3G or 4G. Customer support is good.

Probably like most I've scoured the net looking for learning options. Overall I've found ETX extremely helpful in relation to me learning retail trading. The free education webinars I have been revisiting for 2 years now, and find them second to none, and I have seen the trendflow strategy's advertised more recently for as much as £8000 or so by another company advertising. They teach the core skills required for trading which are required even if you utilise purchased strategies. The tuition is comprehensive and goes from basic to advanced formulations on chart movement. They don't hand hold through initial trading which has been stated by them, but do offer ongoing mentoring through trade submissions. I have developed what I think is an advanced view of chart movement/price action through the ETX webinars primarily - with some perspectives and tools used form scouring the net, but predominantly chart geometry, price action analysis and assessment of momentum has come from chart watching and reviewing of the webinars supplied through ETX. My only flaw at the moment seems to be committing to pressing the button to trade the setups I have learned to recognise more frequently. The ongoing webinars and mentoring is important, as any knowledge requires time and reflection to become more unconscious to allow chart reading to become more fluid. ETX have even given me a £500 incentive to trade which has helped in committing to live trading, not without a tie-in of course, but if it was just given there wouldn't be any incentive... I rate ETX as very good as the education and incentives help the average Joe like myself to gain access to an industry otherwise inaccessible to many. I work as a nurse in psychiatry, and part time electrician also, but am now committing to trading more seriously in place of electrical work, which I put very much down to the support given through ETX. It's not an easy profession to master, but for me without ETX I think the cost of professional knowledge would make trading technically too inaccessible to learn at the level offered by ETX when you have family commitments and limited funding. The platforms are very good. - In relation to improvement the web traderpro platform could likely do with a volumes indicator similar to the one in MT4. On the data tips it would be helpful to have the candle size also stipulated instead of having to work it out, and perhaps also include a candle size inclusive of spread to allow for quick pip size calculations. With trade intervention on slippage, on occasion it doesn't seem to have been done to trader advantage, so if in higher profit and closed the extra profit should be taken, or as with experienced by myself, if a trade slips past the stop and back into the trade without stopping out, then there is no need for a trader to close it at the stop price... so closing to trader advantage is something I am skeptical about with ETX, however that was well over a year ago. Overall a good experience, and well worth utilising whether a novice with no experience or professional trader. The more recent email of economic events each week is a good improvement to customer service also.

I find it difficult to navigate the platform because of the white or green writing on a black background - the platform is quick and accurate to trade

the mobile apps (android) is not very user freindly. When you want to place an order, it takes too long to get the right quantity.

Excellent platform. excellent charts. fast execution. minimal slippage by comparison to other brokers around news events. downsides:- ipad platform times out too quickly IMO. when bouncing between Apps reading news events and checking external charting apps. When I go back to manage my trade, the server has timed out! 300 seconds is not long enough. Also, the web platform does not auto-adjust the main window depending on which web browser I'm using. I maybe abroad, or with someone else and away from my own PC. I could be using Safari, Avant browser, etc but the price tickets are zoomed in! Other than those minor niggles, I see very little room for improvement. hope that helps! :-) Daniel Shiel

My views mainly in Etx binary, it look not good as compare to other broker. etx binary many time error on system. example two occasion my self I want to take position but system said insufficient fund, but there was fund in my account. i reported this it take four days to solved problem. also when you placed trade it take longer to approve as compare other broker. example for this options when you take position it quick to approval on the same second. The third problems of etx binary option is i was placed two position expired 08:00am. both position i won but the fund not credited to my account, also i reported it and it take three days the money to be credited to my account. more detail for this issue you can get from your Sam Gee (etx staff). Those problem above it make me very disappointing. however am very happy on other platform i.e. etx MT4 and forex pro. Fourth your required to improve time zone of position. example position should be 15min, 30m, 45min, 1hr, 1hr and half and 2hrs. If you do those recommendation, your platform will be good enough to compare with other rivals such as 24option or banc de binary. Thanks for request my review Halfan Mwembamba

ETX Capital is my number one broker. The company is managed very well. The staff is fully trained and can attend to any queries from customers very quickly. ETX Capital is one of the few brokers that allow trading with micro lots which is perfectly for beginner traders. Since I have started with ETX Capital in 2011, I have never found it necessary to go to another broker. There are no delays in execution of trades in any way. A lot of training and support is offered and support via Auto Chartist is superb. The charting platform managed by Messrs. Ariel Charts is good and also have good indicators. I am amazed that so few people in the larger trading community know of ETX Capital. All in all a great company.

The best thing about ETX Is the graphs! It's simple to use and you can trade directly from the charts. Also, the customer service is phenomenal. One criticism with ETX is the guaranteed stop loss which isn't always guaranteed!

The main functions seem very good The main problem I have is minimising charts and also putting them into separate tabs - that function isn't really that obvious to users

1. Use the Traderpro platform and find it to be very good except when news events are occurring and then it is very hard to get filled. 2. Like the marketing concept of giving customers a trading rebates and I hope to take advantage of that offer again at some stage. 3. The only area where I have had issues is with support n the MT4 platform and recently someone (Lucien, I think) promised to call back but never did. I had to fix the issues myself which took quite some time. In summary a very good service. Regards, Fintan

Really enjoying the Binary Trading addition..The platforms are comprehensive with basic functionality all the way to automated trading and custom charting via MT4. Spreads are kept tight and there are some good leverage CFD's available if you're feeling lucky! Would recommend!
