“The color of the carabiner of necklace has faded and the thread became fuzzy. (Details are in attached photos) For this price it should have been a much better quality product. Therefore, I am not satisfied.”

“I love the style, the colors, and the concept that makes everything so convenient! BUT the quality is not there... I bought my 3rd XOUXOU 5 months ago and it is already broken at the level between the webbing and the carabiner.”

“lovely products but sadly they are not durable and break within a year of light usage (the ears for attaching the rope). Not sustainable, and certainly not worth the relatively high cost if they don't last!”

“J’ai acheté 2 coques chez Xouxou par le passé qui n’étaient pas assez solides et cassaient rapidement toujours au même endroit, malgré un prix assez élevé. La technique de construction des coques a été revue depuis. Ma troisième coque achetée est toujours comme neuve! De plus Xouxou, s’étant rendu compte du problème, a offert à ses clients une coque gratuite en guise d’excuses. Je recommande”

“i like the styles, but think the hardware is not good quality and it also doesn't look like good quality even though they are expensive. I actually tried to return a product, but the process was complex, and the item ended up being returned to me which was very frustrating”

“Xouxou products are very bright and catch eye. But I’m disappointed in the brand as guarantee of the delivery. I was left alone by support team while trying to receive the prepaid order with prepaid delivery. Unfortunately I’ll not recommend Xouxou as a reliable supplier.”
