“They supplied a defective part, so I had to go back on Monday morning. In the snow. Replacing the defective part added an hour to the actual job, 1.5 hours to return the part and 30 miles of fuel. However, the staff dealt with my problem effectively and pleasantly, so full marks to them.”

“I need a batery for my Kia seed1 checked your web site and was shown a selection of them suitable for my specifc reg no so I ordered and paid for one. When I collected the battery I found that it did not fit my car so I returned it, the guy in the shop checked his computer and told me that thy no longer stocked a battery for my model. I questioned this and said what about the 13 options I had found on the web site and he said that they suitable but they might not fit. I do not understand how a replacment for a specifc model can be suitable and then not fit, I would be hard pushed to use EURO Parts again especialy as in my area the GFS store is literaly 3 doors down the road”

“They couldn't find my order, then when they did they gave me someone else's receipt. Also had to challenge the till price against the store marked price. The guy who served me obviously couldn't give much of a hoot for customer service.”

“My order hasn't arrived in 2 weeks. Euro Car Part employee lied that my order was delivered. CCTV around my house allowed me to prove that Euro Car Parts wanted to cheat me. I honestly do not recommend!”

“Had an issue with my wife's Fiat 500, with the OEM thermostat housing failing, due to it having a plastic fitting for one of the pipes. There weren't many choices, as some items seemed to be out of stock, and I couldn't see if those were ones with an all metal construction. I found one that fitted my requirements, with a metal inlet and outlet, and purchased that. Picked the item up the following morning, with no issues. The part fitted perfectly, and has fixed the issue. Hopefully it will last longer than the original part. Good service from the staff at the shop. Overall, very happy”
