“I had purchased a spacesaver emergency wheel and tyre online, and went following day to collect it. The sales assistant in attendance provided part of what should have been a two-item order. Unfortunately, he seemed to lack a understanding of the relevanc of the items ordered. A Supervisor had to be called to resolve the issue, which was done in good time. It was all very polite and courteous, but perhaps better training of the sales assistant would be appropriate.”

“My order said ready to collect but when I arrived I had to wait in a long queue to be told it wasn’t in stock. I asked if I’d be sent a message when the item was ready to be told they didn’t know. After all that brilliant to have the service do local, just need more front of house staff.”

“Fantastic . Ordered a new set of headlights for my mini cooper R56 turned up quicker than expected , and we're really well packaged up . Thanks guys the difference between these and my old ones are literally "night and day!" Will recommend and use myself again .”

“Ordered product that hasn't been delivered. Contacted with customer service twice. The first time I've been told that I'll get some information within 24 hours.
