“I ordered an Aquaroll online to collect from the Wigan store. When I went to collect it I was told they had that my order had been cancelled as someone hadn’t updated their stock & they didn’t have any in. Very frustrating as I needed it for my holiday a couple of days later.”

“Fantastic - they advertise an item as being in stock to pick up locally. They take my money and then, the next day, instead of a "your item is ready to collect" email, I get a "the item is out of stock" email and that I would be refunded. Ten days later and Im still waiting for my refund to come through!! Incompetence springs to mind.”
