“I was the only customer but was kept waiting for more than five minutes to be served. Repeatedly ringing the bell at the unattended counter until eventually a member of staff appeared. She didn't exactly have a sunny disposition and no apology forthcoming. Definitely will not be using ECP in future.”

“First of all hello. They said that the parts I ordered from you were not in stock and gave me a different brake pad and a different air filter and charged me for this. Although the product was in stock, they said it was not available and sold at a higher price. They also did not refund my money and said that the system would refund me. Unfortunately, my money did not arrive.”

“New battery supplied but when tested by a garage 2 weeks later they said it had 8% health and need replacing. To be fair I have been offered to attend a store and have it tested and then assume replaced if they agree, but that’s such an inconvenience at the moment and Thacker I just got one that worked.”
