“Ordered a new car battery online. Collected the next day. Cost was great and also advised has a 3 year guarantee so if any issues come back with receipt and will exchange for new one. Friendly staff. No issues.”

“Ordered wheel trims online was told ready to pick up when I arrived they said we'll get them for you be 2 minutes after 10 minutes they told me they weren't in stock but it was OK my money would be refunded within 5 days no mention of sorry u had a wasted journey”

“Revised review. I wrote the review below as i was disappointed with the service, however i have since had a follow up email with apology and delivery charge refund so am changing the rating and would like to thank Euro car parts for taking the time to reply. I ordered a battery and paid express delivery for next day. I called in the afternoon and was told the delivery would not be coming as I ordered too late despite the website saying order before 8pm. I had to collect the battery and was credited for the delivery cost. this was never refunded. My delivery was supposed to be Friday, the following Wednesday the delivery arrived and was sent back. very disappointed.”

“Very slow service in the shop. Only one lad on the counter while there was a large queue. Meanwhile we could hear the other staff laughing and joking in the office. Click and collect took 25 minutes.”

“Awful slow service. Ordered online to save time but still took over half an hour to get served. People behind me in the queue had even worse experience. Only one staff member on the desk but many others in the warehouse just chatting not apparently doing any work. No sense of urgency or efficient working at all”
