“Went to collect item on indicated date. Item wasn't there as delivery was going to take one extra working day. Travelled 30 mile in total to collect and return home. Had to make the same journey the following week. Staff were extemely helpful and explained everything thoroughly but unfortunately they weren't supported by the online purchase process.”
