“I ordered a part to collect but I didn't need it anymore so it said just don't go and collect it and it would be refunded. I didn't go and collect it. I received an email 2 weeks after my order saying thank you for collecting, which I didn't. I looked and it said 2 days after I ordered it, it had been marked as collected. I had to contact them saying I hadn't collected it nor had I received a refund. I was contacted back after 2 days and he said I would receive a refund, which I still have not and it's been a week since he said that. What is going on?”

“Swindon branch.... well what can I say.... the guys on the front desk would be more suited to mc Donald's. Twice iv saved someone from issues, the first was about what coolent to get, I had to butt in and tell them. The second was someone had no licence plate, I had to explain how to simply eliminate the wrong parts and get the right one. Really lost faith in the company if this is who they employ.”

“Went looking online for a replacement for a very old clutch slave cylinder and saw an image of exactly the one pop up from ECP that I could pick up from my own town store the following morning. They rang me to confirm it was in store and it was a good price too. Vey satisfied with ECP and will certainly use them again.”

“EuroCarparts are available 7 days a week at many locations. Some of the staff are very knowledgeable and able to find parts and advise on parts that other stores cannot. I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars as the pricing structure with discount codes online and in store is overly confusing , a better way to apply discounts would be a loyalty program.”

“I needed a 2 ton jack . Checked online. Euro had one in stock at a good price for pick-up close to my home address. I ordered it and picked it up 30 minutes later. Good service pleasant staff. The jack was & and will be useful. Easy to use and came in organised container.”
