“Orderd disks and pads for the van were ready for collection when they said they would be but unfortunately they didn't fit . Great service at the shop (Benton Newcastle) the girl was very helpful just waiting for refund now”

“Had to wait for 20 minutes for my parts to be retrieved from the stores people who came in after got their parts before me. This has happened on several occasions before. The girl on the till even went to get them/ hurry things up. So only use Euro car parts if I can’t get the parts elsewhere.”

“Ordered a 10” rear wiper for my Passat but was given a 12” one instead. Went back to swap it after I got home but was asked to pay an extra £5 because the one I ordered was not in stock”

“Bought rear discs and pads for my son's Kangoo. Had to make 5 trips in all as the bearings were not included and the wrong ones were ordered initially. In the end I returned the products for refund as my son had to return home to London, so no time to fit......Staff were great as usual and now have appropriate discs with integral bearings ready for when we he is next home at Christmas.”
