“Always got what i need. My only gripe is the service counter is not as quick as it should be (oldham branch) theres only one person on the desk, it creates huge queues. Ive worked in car parts distribution, and i know there should be more serving and getting orders out quickly.”

“I have been researching these parts for some time, brembo front brake pads, as the callipers are off a different model BMW, so I could not use my reg no to check fitment and the euro car parts no is totally different to the brembo version! Anyway I took a chance and they turned out to be the right part also they had £15 off deal so happy days.”

“Queued for 20 minutes in your shop to collect a preorder. During that period two people came out from the back office hopefully noted the queue but just returned to the back office without signalling that there was a queue. For a company whose brand is famous for a quick delivery service that was disappointing. Today's customer service is based on agility - the skill of responding to immediate circumstances and needs.”

“Refurbished caliper had corrosion around the fluid pipe that leaked when pressure applied, glad I noticed this before the wheel went back on, had to return and get refund, got a brand new one for a lot less utter rubbish from euro parts again”
