“Ordered a alternator went to pick it up inspected it lugs were in the wrong they ordered another 1 which they said should right that was just the same as the 1st 1 got a refund and bought 1 elsewhere its fitted and working fine”

“My local branch is Medway; parking at the branch is virtually impossible given the limited number of spaces which are invariably filled by ECP vehicles with zero parking nearby. On my last visit I waited 20 minutes for a C&C, only one person serving and the warehouse staff not in a hurry fulfill orders. Given the wrong parts and had to go back to the store.”
