“An email notifying me my order is ready to collect when it is not ready is not good. Part of my order arrived at the store, was told that I would need to come back another day to get the remaining items. Please review your communication with customers in the future.”

“Sometimes prices are ridiculously high. I needed 6 litres of oil 5 litres and a 1 litre separately. ordered it instead from a motor factor place in Cornwall to N.Wales £15 cheaper and that included postage. Other than that I used Euros alot since the mid 90's and will continue to do so in-store and online. I will also continue to price/shop around hunt. I needed oil urgently recently I drove to Chester branch, N.Wales branches are closed on sundays. Swings and roundabouts. 6/10 for Euros.”

“The parts were fine; there were no issues with the ones I got. I ordered a part online, and when I went to pick it up, they said they had no stock of one of the items I ordered. When I got there, there was a massive queue going out of the door, and it only got longer as I waited. Both tills were going; it just took a long time to get my parts from the back.”

“A review of two halves: on the one hand the replacement wiper blades were not the correct model (despite clearly specifying the make and model of the vehicle) but on the other hand the return and refund process was simple and effective.”

“Ordered some very basic parts, attended 4 times and on each occasion order hadn't arrived, staff hadn't a clue and rude, would not use euro parts again, from misleading promotions to dreadful, unhelpful staff this was a difficult purchase, there are plenty more companies out there that want to help”

“Even if you order click&collect there is always a long wait to pick up from the Slough store. This down to lack of staff and lots of customers doing returns. There is also a lack of parking.”

“Everything all good with the dics & pads . The problem was with the caliper bolts or the lack of them . 2 missing. Would have been full stars if it wasn't for that. Updated review. I can not thank clare at customer service enough. My issue was resolved with politeness, and efficiency. I highly recommend this company & without giving a negative review i would say you speak with customer service 1st as i will do if any problems with my future purchases.”
