“I have failed to collect this product.has 3 times I have visited the store been 10-15 customers in que.on previous experience it’s took 20-30 minutes to collect when there’s only been myself in store.obviously very understaffed.found product elsewhere.next time I’ll pay delivery allthough product was only £2.78 but will save time wasted and petrol.”
