“I was in desperate need for a new car batteryfor my wife's car, it was getting near to closing time and I found that euro car parts in Newburn, Newcastle had the only battery at that particular time . When I arrived I was met by a chap who I now know as Dean Donaldson. Nothing was a bother to him, he sorted the battery for me, he offered to stay a bit later if I needed any other help, many thanks, 👍🏻 It's not often where you can find a person who was so helpful, cheerful, full of knowledge. I'll definitely use euro car parts in Newburn again. 10/10”

“Buckets & grit guards arrived within a few days of ordering all good. I have not had a chance to use them as yet but. Both are a better deal than 95% of those on the market, they are plain buckets with no logo so not paying through the nose for them.”

“The website listed a rear wiper blade that was not suitable for my vehicle even though I had correctly entered my number plate. On returning the product a member of staff replaced it without any fuss and explained that this happens occasionally. First class service solving the problem. 👍”
