“Waited an eternity with a few irate customers in front of me & one who had a flight to catch had been there for 20 minutes. If Screwfix can have your order ready & generally served within a few minutes why are you different. Won't be rushing back.”

“Ordered on a saturday morning, selected 2-3 day delivery. Delivery never got dispatched until Wednesday afternoon even though it was in stock on Monday. Item proceeds to be stuck/lost in the mail because you guessed it, euro parts used Evri, the least reliable delivery company know to man. So my cars sat on the drive unusable, with seemingly no indication of when the item will be delivered as Evri don't seem to be able to find it. If the item had have been posted first thing Monday when it wasn't meant to be, it would gotten here before Evri had "storm issues".”
