“Not particularly happy. Ordered all the items for my cars service and the delivery turned up minus the 5 ltr oil. No more of explanation. On ringing the helpline I was informed it's out of stock and I would be notified when in, even though there was no indication at point if sale. 5 days later and still no word.”

“On the positive side the price for car parts are very competitive with a wide range of stock. However do not use this company unless you have at least half an hour spare, to wait in a long queue, with very slow and frustrating poor service. I recently visited the Store in Nechells Birmingham to pick up a click and collect order. There was one member of staff on the counter with the long queue of frustrated customers stretching out of the door. There seemed to be no shortage of staff loafing around in the office behind the counter and in the warehouse, but unfortunately serving customers seemed a low priority.”
