“Part was wrong, so had 25 mile round trip to return it. Alternatives offered were also wrong. Clearly a stock identity issue. Got one from NAPA up the road no problem. Second time I have had issue with incorrect part held against a vehicle. Too many mistakes, too many returns. Refunded after several days but that’s not the point. Can’t afford the time out of my day.”

“Always a good service from Europeans Coventry. Although there is usually long waits involved. I would suggest a review of the process to become more efficient and reduce waiting times. Or even open a collection only desk which would reduce delays even further.”

“I would recommend Eurocarparts in Avonmouth, Bristol. I ordered the parts online, choosing to pay on pickup. The parts were ready for collection and the process was fairly efficient. The member of staff wasn't very engaging but that seems to be the way with many motor parts suppliers. The parts seem to be of a good quality and fitted well. Thanks!”

“The part ordered from your website was wrong. Verified the car compatibility via the website using the registration of the car. To find it didn't fit. It was the only part listed so took for granted that any variation of car model wouldn't matter. Wasn't able to return within 14 days so waste of money. Will think twice about ordering. Ended up ordering from a another web site, cheaper and delivered next day.”
